Don’t forget the Church is now open on Monday mornings from 10am -noon for private prayer and quiet reflection. Guidelines for everyone’s health and safety are on a notice in the porch. If you’d like to use a prayer book or Bible, please bring your own copy.

Thanks for all the Crisps!

Pats crisp packetsPat Tucker sends a huge thank you to everyone who’s dropped off their crisp packets over the past few weeks. The bottom box weighs 8 kg and the top one 7kg. Wiltshire Air Ambulance are very grateful for our efforts. Please keep saving and drop them off to Pat at 81a, Main Street.

It’s Foodbank Friday this week, so if you have anything at all you can spare, pop your donations in the box in the church porch ideally by Thursday afternoon – every single thing really does help and is truly appreciated!

Parish Council and Planning matters

At the Planning meeting three weeks ago, it was proposed the Next Parish Council meeting take place via Zoom on Monday 6th July 7pm. Further details, and minutes from the last two meetings, will follow as soon as we have them.

Keevil School’s planning application 20/03153/FUL to re-site two storage sheds on the western boundary has been Approved with conditions – you can read the Case Officer report here.

Two planning applications remain open for consultation until Friday 26th June20/03723/FUL for two semi-detatched dwellings on land adjacent to Church Farm, 16 Main Street; and 20/03722/FUL for a new cow shed at Woodhouse Farm 98 The Strand.
