The old Embroidery Group is now known as Keevil Craft Group, and we meet every other Wednesday.
As many of you know, sadly our tutor, Pat Bundy, died last year. We have carried on with our classes but of course we are missing the guidance we had to achieve some interesting and different projects. We realise that we are not going to find anyone else with Mrs Bundy’s all round expertise, but we have decided to carry on with our group meetings.
Everyone is “doing their own thing” – embroidery, patchwork, cross stitch, knitting, bead work or indeed anything “crafty”.
Would you like to join us? We meet fortnightly on Wednesday afternoons from 1.30 – 4pm in the Village Hall and our next meeting is on 7 February.
Bring along anything you may have lurking in the cupboard and haven’t finished, anything you’re working on, or indeed ideas of something you’d like to start. We all help each other and enjoy tea and biscuits and a friendly get-together with like-minded people. The only cost is for the hire of the hall.
