The Trust oversees the village marquees, tables and chairs, and also administers the finances of the Shed.

Summary of the Minutes of the 9th Annual General Meeting of the Keevil Community Amenities Trust held via Zoom on Thursday 22 April 2021 at 19.30.

The Chairman, Rob Kevan, reported that the past year had been very quiet due to the pandemic but thanked the volunteers, and the Trustees for all their support. He also asked Paul Lenaerts to pass on the thanks and appreciation of the Trustees to members of the Shed for all their hard work in the Village throughout the year. Although there had been little income during the year, both the Marquees and the Shed finances remained viable.
Paul Lenaerts was due to retire at the Meeting, but was appointed to serve for a further four years.
40 chairs had been purchased and the Trustees agreed to consider the purchase of a further 40.
Norman Owen reported that there were six potential bookings for 2021.
