Back by popular demand: Stacy’s PILATES FIT classes are back in the village hall on TUESDAYS 5.30-6.30pm. Pilates Fit is a weekly evening class for all, which focuses on efficient movement and maximising postural control. Stacy is a sports and exercise medicine Physiotherapist and encourages everyone to come along and enjoy the session. £5 per session – everyone welcome. New from September 22nd 2022: Let’s Move Dance Fitness on THURSDAYS 6-6.45pm. Fun, friendly and feel good adult dance fitness classes to well-known tunes, whilst fulfilling a full body workout at the same time. Suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness, everyone is welcome – No prior dance experience needed.
