The Wiltshire & Swindon Community Messaging Neighbourhood Alert issues a weekly update of crimes reported in our area (Trowbridge, Melksham and Bradford On Avon).
For the week of 23/11/18 – 27/11/18 the following was reported:
- Incident number 54180111372 Crime – Vehicle offences KEEVIL
Between 22-23rd Nov a suspect has broken into three vehicles which were parked in the open on a small holding land. They have forced open the door of the lorry and stolen £100 worth of diesel from the vehicle and a welder from inside the vehicle. They have broken the shutter locks to gain entry into the other 2 vehicles. In addition a black bag containing copper and brass handles left in a hedge have been stolen.
- Incident number 54180112110 Crime – Vehicle offences STEEPLE ASHTON
Between 23rd – 25th Nov suspect(s) have broken into a van causing no damage to the back doors, They have taken an assortment of tools.
