Parish Council clarification…

Councillor Wickham has kindly been in touch to help clarify the following in yesterdays Buzz Roundup:

Regarding tomorrow’s planning meeting via Zoom
“This meeting was arranged to discuss two planning meetings, so as such the public forum is the opportunity for residents to outline their views, and these will be read out by the Clerk. Anyone can submit a statement of the required length and their voice will be heard. Keevil Parish Council are following the format adopted by Wiltshire Council Planning Committees.”

Regarding Casual Vacancies on the Parish Council
“The Parish Council have notified Wiltshire Council Democratic Services,
of both vacancies and have been told in an email that they will not be advertising any vacancies and they will notify us when this changes. All types of elections are on hold during this current situation.”
