Yoga on a Thursday morning 9.45 – 11.15am is a drop in class costing £8.00 per session – with your first session free. It is for anyone over the age of 18. If you have not practised yoga before then Anne is happy to have a chat with you to see what can be arranged. You will need a mat and comfortable clothes.
“In our yoga class we focus on the breath and developing strength and flexibility to boost physical and mental wellbeing. We start with gentle stretches to prepare your body for yoga asanas which can be gentle or strong depending on YOUR body. We always finish with a relaxation”.
