1st Tuesday Club,
The First Tuesday of Each Month 2.30pm – 4pm
CHRISTMAS SPECIAL TUESDAY 2ND DECEMBER

Come along at our usual time and enjoy some festive cheer with friends and neighbours. We’ll be serving mulled wine, mince pies, savouries and other mouthfulls of seasonal gorgeousness! (Tea and coffee will also be available).

All we ask is you bring a gold coin donation and a smile.

A Little of What You Fancy… does you good!

Come and join your fellow neighbours and villagers for a cup of tea or coffee and some cake, and an hour or so of friendly conversation, connection and laughs. In return, we ask for a gold coin donation.

We’re in the Village Hall, 2.30-4pm on the first Tuesday of every month. It’s very informal. No booking is required, just turn up and everyone is welcome!

Don’t forget the Post Office is also open on Tuesday afternoons at the side of the Village Hall – perfectly managed by Laura who also sells her lovely eggs!

In case you’re wondering, the funds you donate are used to provide the drinks and to cover the cost of using the hall. With your blessing, the excess funds are used to contribute to the village website hosting fees and the Community Shed. in 2025 we have also donated to the Keevil Roots Festival in September. Thank you for your generosity!

A Little History

Our lovely tea and chat afternoons ceased in early 2020 due to the covid-19 pandemic, and then after many years with a teapot in her hand, Pauline Bennett passed the apron to Bob Ayres, who relaunched on the first Tuesday in October 2021, and then monthly thereafter. When Bob moved to Cheltenham, he left the 1st Tuesday Club in the capable hands of Helen Jones, Karin Black and Joni Booth…

Our Tuesday Teas are more than just a cuppa, its one of the many vital ways we connect as friends and neighbours, and we deeply mourn those who are no longer with us – so many of whom you’ll remember in the gallery below…
