MENU

POULET BASQUAISE
Chicken cooked in a wine sauce with onion, peppers, chorizo, Olives, tomato, garlic, paprika, bay, thyme.
 
BOEUF BOURGUIGNON
Casserole of Beef with shallots, garlic, brandy, tomato, lardons, carrot, mushrooms, bouquet garni.
 
CASSOULET GRATIN (V)
Roasted Vegetables and beans with herby breadcrumb crust.
 
Served with: 
Gratin Dauphinoise – sliced potato slow-cooked in cream with garlic
French green salad
 
DESSERT
RIGODON – Brioche Bread Pudding with seasonal apples and nuts.
